As of 2/6/2021, The Day Medical Center has provided over 500 vaccines to some of our most vulnerable patients, clients, and front-line workers and volunteers. At this time, we do not have any first-dose vaccine available. We do not know if or when we will receive more supply of first-dose vaccines.

Anyone who has received a first dose through the Day Medical Center was given their second dose appointment at that time. Please DO NOT call the office unless you need to cancel your vaccine appointment, as we will not be changing vaccination times and will not be placing reminder phone calls.

For information about obtaining a vaccine through Publix, please visit www.publix.com/covid-vaccine/florida. To pre-register for a vaccination appointment through the State of Florida, call 1-866-201-7037 or visit myvaccine.fl.gov. If you are over the age of 80, do not have the ability to navigate the Publix online registration, and do not have anyone else--like a friend or family member--who can help, we may be able to assist you. Please call 772-223-7800 to be connected to our assistance voicemail box. We are currently experiencing high call volumes, so please leave a message, and someone will return your call as soon as they are able.
